How can I apply for a job at S&T?
What documents should I use to apply?
We are looking forward to a cover letter, a detailed (but clearly written) resume, relevant documents such as degrees, certificates, and proof of professional achievement (references and job recommendations, etc.).
How long does it take to process my application, and how does the selection process work?
The Human Resources Department reviews each application as soon as possible and coordinates an interview with a candidate who meets the particular department’s criteria. Candidates are notified promptly.
How do job interviews work?
A job interview is an open dialogue that lasts an hour or so. On the one hand, it serves to learn more about you as a person, your previous career, and your knowledge and skills. On the other hand, during a job interview, you have the opportunity to get to know S&T company better as a potential employer.

Does S&T have a dress code? How do I dress for the interview?
There are no dress codes in S&T. Most of us are dressed casually. However, if you have contact with a customer, the clothing should reflect your position and be aligned with the customer you are communicating with. For the interview, you should dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable or want to introduce yourself – but a suit or costume is not expected.
I can't find a suitable position on the site. Do I still need to sign up?
