ISO standardization

S&T Croatia continuously invests in the quality of its services and products. The company has implemented four ISO standards – which are without comparison in the Croatian IT services market. We were certified by an independent company, and a business process audit is conducted every year. The application of international standards enables the predictable management of S&T’s services to customers and employees.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management

Integrated systematization and monitoring of business processes result in the highest level of service quality. That’s why S&T Croatia has certified its processes – to show current and future customers that quality and excellence are the guiding principles of company progress.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management

As a socially responsible company, we strive to be sustainable and have as little impact on the environment as possible. We have reduced our carbon footprint, energy consumption, and waste.

ISO 20001 Process Management

ISO 20001 focuses on process management in the IT sector. In addition, we saw in it the potential to improve business organization and service quality. Through systematic process management, we control our supply chain, all service providers, suppliers, and supervise subcontractors.

ISO 27001 Information Security

Customer trust and data protection are essential to us. That’s why we acquire ISO 27001 certificate. Applying security policies, and continuous education of employees our information security system now complies with the highest requirements and the standards of the IT industry.
